Description

Stay ahead of every renewal

Orbit Reminder Manager keeps domain websites, contacts and expiry dates organized inside WordPress. Configure three reminder stages and let WordPress send email reminders automatically before each renewal date.

Key features

Three configurable reminder stages, with 30, 15 and 7 days as defaults.
Two email addresses and two WhatsApp numbers per reseller.
Automatic email reminders with configurable sender details and optional BCC.
Prefilled WhatsApp reminder links that open in WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web.
CSV import and export for bulk reseller management.
Daily renewal checks through WordPress cron.

Requirements and important notes

Requires WordPress 6.2 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. WhatsApp reminders are manual: the plugin opens a prefilled message, and a staff member reviews it and clicks Send. Automatic email delivery depends on your WordPress mail or SMTP configuration. For low-traffic sites, configure a reliable server cron to call wp-cron.php regularly.
